It's not about Fashion it's about Passion.

How has Fashion design & Creativity Changed You?

Fashion Design & Creativity changes me a little everyday. This environment inspires me to really pursue my dreams in the art industry.  Fashion Design lets me express who I am and it gives me the foundation I need in order to pursue my dreams. Creativity gives me the ability to be free “There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.” — Edward de Bono    and imaginative.  Fashion Design and creativity make me happy and fulfilled. I get to do something that I love and work with other people who love the same things. These people like adventures and they are artistic, and creative and they wanna travel,  being around people who have similar goals in life that I do make it all worth wild. The world would be such a boring place without creativity people in it and you don't have to go to some art gallery to appreciate art. Art is all around us. I am able to generate new ideas and dress the way I want and be who I am. Without the simple things like fashion design I wouldn't be able to really be who I am, no one would. It gives me the motivation and creativity to do anything I want to do .

What would you do?

Michael Dorsey is an actor living and working in New York City. Michael who has a bad reputation and is desperate; he can't find a job seeks out a way to land a role. He gets a female role in a soap opera and becomes bert famous. He lands a part time daytime drama. Dorsey loses himself in this woman role and essentially becomes Dorothy Michaels, captivating women all around the city and inspiring them to break free from the control of men and become more like Dorsey's initial Identity. This newfound role, however, lands Dorsey in a hot spot between a female friend/ lover, a female co star he falls in love with him, and a male co star who yearns his affections.  “…working for the same company for a lifetime are long gone and in some industries having one job for a significant period of time is frowned upon rather than considered an asset.” What Michael Dorsey did in my opinion was a good idea. Michael took matters into his own hands. His agent didn't have the urgency to find Michael Dorsey a role so he took it upon himself to find his own.  The only thing I can think of that Michael Dorsey could've done different was to approach his friends right away about the part and let Julie know she really was a guy. That way Michael would've been able to find a way to let Julie know his feelings as a man without ruining their friendship. "An unemployed actor with a reputation for being difficult disguises himself as a woman to get a role in a soap opera."

Final: Talent

Talent: A natural aptitude or skill. The first of my five talents is planning, I have mad organization skills and I'm able to pull off a party or event. “Many branding decisions are based on what the ‘big’ customers want as losing those sales will dent profits considerably”pg 100 Secondly I am a multitasker I can organize, workout, and totally think about something else. My third talent I would have to say is creativity. I go to the art Institute so hopefully I have some kind of creativity. Leadership will be the fourth, when I am in the right mindset or atmosphere I can easily take leadership when needed. Last but not least my last talent would be Visualization whether it be mental visualization or information visualization  “An attitudinal approach means that brands are saying, ‘this is what we’re about. If you are too, come in’’pg 107

Final: Passions

I recently found my passion and its made my life crystal clear and once I realized my passion life became a lot easier because, once I found my passion my life makes a little bit more sense. My number one passion in life is to be happy. That is my number one passion and goal, and of course that I have a few other passions. One important one is to do something that I love. I would love to one day own my own business, or become a personal stylist. I truly believe that if I work hard at these two goals I will be able to accomplish them. I dream of traveling the world and meeting new and exciting people. My passion is to be able to give back to people and need."The aim is to encourage an integrated brand development process that results in a strong creative execution relevant to the brand audience. Pg 8" I want to slow down and focus on life, if this means practicing yoga, going for daily walks, or setting aside time each day to meditate. I love the idea of never working a day in your life because you're too busy doing something that you love. I want a career doing something I love, and for me that career choice would to be self employed and owning my own boutique. I don't want to work 40 hours a week every week and miss out on what life has to offer. I believe that all things are possible, they might not be easy but they can be done. “In the 21st century, brands now play to people of every generation, social class and culture. pg 21"

Final: Core Values

What really matters to me is to achieve personal wellness. Personal wellness is a journey that can last a lifetime. I would like a daily routine that will alleviate stress in everyday life.  I want to have a balance life and be selflessness. To me this is critical and fundamental to living life of meaning and purpose. My main core values are "As our lives become more complex and full of choice, branding is starting to change business by making the intangible, tangible." pg.73
1. Integrity: I am committed to honoring and managing the integrity of my word by being my word in action. I treat integrity as if it is the only option, as in the final analysis, it is.
Integrity is the internal compass that provides me with guidance and direction byliving into the integrity of my values.2. Authenticity: I am committed to bringing forth my authentic self by being real and honest with myself and others, by owning my vulnerabilities and accepting my humanness.
I am open, transparent, vulnerable and courageous in self-disclosing and sharing with others who I am3. Compassion: The essence of my coaching is generated from a place of compassion, being genuinely concerned for others by being kind, empathetic, caring, sensitive, patient, humble and understanding.
4. Courage: I am committed to having the courage and conviction of being and doing what is integral for me, by taking risks, being bold and unreasonable by asking more of myself than I ask of others.
5. Truthfulness: I am committed to truthfulness by authentically expressing and self-disclosing with honesty and not withholding.
I am committed to being open and sincere, with no disguise or secrets and sharing my truth with love, compassion, kindness, understanding, empathy and humility.6. Trust: I am committed to trust by being congruent, impeccable and in alignment with my thoughts, words and actions through my commitments, agreements and promises.
I am committed to building trust by being believable, dependable and reliable, by seeking feedback, listening attentively and being open, vulnerable and supportive of others.
To the degree that I trust myself (self-trust) is the degree that others trust me and that life opens up for me. Without trust I cannot have integrity.
7. Personal Development & Human Potential: I am committed to constantly bring forth change within myself by striving to be the highest expression of myself.
Through my own personal insights, experiences, learnings, knowings and understandings, I am committed to teaching others how to reinvent and become the highest authentic expression of themselves.
“Brands start with a great idea that tells a good story Pg 78

Final: Primary " product"

I am very confident that few can match my passion, energy and drive for being a personal stylist or business owner. As my work history and accomplishments show, I am committed to the importance of fashion for celebrities people and am actively involved in putting in time outside the classroom with them." “Design is the visual articulator of the brand’s expression. Brands often do the same thing and compete in the same field. What makes the difference between one company and the other is how they do it. Design is what translates this into the tangible – the interaction, the function, how it works. Design is how the brand proves itself” Pg.9 I can offer real expertise on life problems and I can offer textiles skills. As a student in fashion I can also offer you information about subcultures and cultures and it helps that I am a creative thinker who has an I for color, and design and that I like to shop.I can multitask and I am a good debater and have capability to take judgement when acting upon a situation.  "A SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and can be used in many different situations – for example, project teams can use it to identify whether they have the skills they need to be successful, and football managers can use it to decide what tactics to play or if they need to buy new players."
